🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Perfumes Corner, customer satisfaction is a priority. We understand that issues may occasionally arise with an order, and our goal is to resolve them in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
Due to the nature of luxury fragrances, strict hygiene and product integrity standards apply. We encourage all customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The perfume must be unopened and unused
- The original manufacturer seal must be intact
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
📌 Important Notice
To maintain hygiene and product quality standards:
- Opened perfumes cannot be returned
- Used bottles are not eligible for return
- Broken or tampered seals void eligibility
- Items without original packaging will not be accepted
Returns for opened products are only accepted if the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
📦 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- 1. Contact Support — Provide your order number and reason for the return request.
- 2. Receive Instructions — Our team will review your request and provide return approval along with detailed instructions.
- 3. Ship the Item — Carefully package the product to avoid damage and ship it according to the provided instructions.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping will be covered by us if the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items shipped. For all other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
💰 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, complete the return process (if eligible) and place a new order for your preferred item.
🚫 Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if the request is made before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may request a return after delivery if eligible.
💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.
